Maison Orris collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, provide requested emails and prepare or fulfil an order. This page describes the website experience; final legal and company details must be confirmed before commercial launch.
The newsletter form records your email, consent time and subscription state. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe control or by contacting Maison Orris. A production mailing service must keep the authoritative consent and suppression record.
The browser stores the cart locally so it remains available between visits. Delivery and contact details are sent only when you choose to continue to the connected secure checkout. The production service will use them to calculate shipping and tax, prevent fraud, process payment, fulfil the order and meet legal accounting obligations.
The local preview reuses one deterministic code for the subscribed email on the same device. The production commerce service must validate one use per customer and record redemption securely; the browser is not the authority.
The current static site uses local browser storage for language, cart and newsletter state. Once external newsletter, checkout, payment, tax or carrier services are connected, their identities, locations and retention periods must be added here and covered by appropriate contracts.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of personal data, and may object or withdraw newsletter consent. Order records may need to be retained where tax, accounting or legal rules require it.
Payment details must be collected by the future secure payment service and must never be embedded in this static site. Maison Orris should limit access, use HTTPS, verify webhooks and keep only the data required for each purpose.
