In perfumery vocabulary, Vetyver Essence N/D (BOURJOIS) is associated with dry root, earthy, smoky, woody, grapefruit-like and nutty. Its creative role is a deep base-note material with architectural presence, giving structure and character to complex accords.
In the organ, use it to build architectural vetiver bases, enrich dry smoke beneath citrus and introduce root, leather and tobacco accords. As base note, it offers signature rather than mere theme.
